Accessibility statement

How accessible sitenet.tech is, what we know still needs work, how we test it, and how to tell us about a problem.

Our commitment

This statement applies to sitenet.tech. We want everyone to be able to use it, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use, and we design and test it against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

Using this website

You should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts using your browser or device settings;
  • zoom in up to 400% without text spilling off the screen: pages adapt down to 320 px wide without sideways scrolling;
  • use the whole site with a keyboard, including the menus and their drawers, tabs, the FAQ and the contact form;
  • use the site with a screen reader, with headings, landmarks and labelled form fields;
  • stop animation, by setting your device to reduce motion; and
  • see where you are, with a clear focus ring on every link and button and a “Skip to content” link first on every page.

Text meets WCAG AA contrast: we chose our brand colours so it does on every background we use. Tap targets are at least 24 px, and images that carry meaning have text alternatives.

How accessible this website is

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA, because of the issues listed below. We know some parts aren’t fully accessible:

  • The contact form needs JavaScript, because its spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) does. If the check asks you to tick a box and you can’t, email us instead.
  • The sample product screens are illustrations, each described by a single text label rather than read out in full.
  • Some downloadable files, such as the brand guidelines PDF, may not work fully with screen readers.
  • Our content management system, used by our team and clients, hasn’t yet been reviewed to the same standard as the public site.

Feedback and other formats

If you need information on this website in a different format, such as accessible PDF, large print or plain text, or you find a problem we haven’t listed, tell us with our contact form (choose “Accessibility problem”). Tell us the page and what went wrong, and what you need.

We’ll reply, and help you get the information you need in a way that works for you.

If you’re not happy with our response

If you contact us with a complaint and you’re not happy with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), which advises people in England, Scotland and Wales on equality and human rights. In Northern Ireland, contact the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland.

How we test

We check every page at twelve screen widths, from 320 px to 1920 px, with automated accessibility checks (axe) for contrast, tap target size, labels, clipped text and sideways scrolling, and we use each page with a keyboard. We check new pages and features the same way before they go live.

These are our own checks. The site hasn’t had a formal external audit.

What we’re doing to improve

  • Testing new pages and changes to the same standard before they go live.
  • Reviewing our downloadable files and providing accessible versions on request.
  • Bringing the content management system up to the same standard as the public site.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 22 October 2026, based on our own testing of the site in October 2026. We’ll review it when the site changes significantly.
