Sitenet Radar
See risks. Track progress. Deliver on time.
Delivery management for IT and development teams. Every project gets a red, amber or green status worked out from ten signals, with the reasons on screen.
What’s included
Each platform is set up with your branding, and we can change workflows, fields and permissions to match how your team works.
- 01
Calculated RAG status with reasons
- 02
Forecast dates and capacity planning
- 03
Risks, decisions and changes in one place
In detail
IT and development departments: heads of IT, project managers, developers, and the managers who need to know whether a project will land on time.
A status you can trust
Each project’s red, amber or green status is calculated from ten signals, such as overdue tasks, blockers, a slipping forecast and stale updates. The reasons are always shown.
Forecast completion
Radar forecasts when each project will finish and compares it with the target date.
Priority scoring
Projects are ranked on nine weighted factors, from business impact to regulatory importance. Overriding a score needs a recorded reason.
Plans and milestones
Tasks, milestones and a Gantt chart with baselines and the critical path.
Registers
Risks, blockers, dependencies, decisions, change requests and known problems, each with an owner and a route for escalation.
Capacity planning
Workload from task estimates, contracted hours and booked leave, so you can see who is overloaded before a deadline slips.
Meetings and approvals
Meeting packs, minutes and actions carried forward, plus sign-off for decisions, changes and project closure.
Reports
24 reports, including an executive delivery summary and planned against actual completion, exported to Excel or CSV.
Daily checks
Every day Radar recalculates health, escalates overdue blockers, chases decisions and flags projects nobody has updated.
Linked to your code
Commits from your code repositories appear on each project automatically.
Radar Intelligence
An assistant that answers questions about your portfolio, and a nightly helper that posts updates and raises follow-up tasks without touching dates, status or owners.
Access and audit
Views by role (the whole portfolio, one department or just your projects) and a full audit trail, with a reason needed for changes to dates, priority, owner or status.
Why teams use it
- One place to see how every IT project is doing.
- Early warning of projects that will miss their dates, and why.
- Less time spent chasing status updates.
- Evidence ready for management and audit.
