One API and one back office for searching, booking and looking after trips. Your team and your developers work from the same system, from the first search to the final refund. Built by Sitenet Tech.

    One search, many suppliers

    Travnet asks every supplier you have switched on at the same time and brings the answers together. It has 34 supplier integrations built in: 12 for flights, from global distribution systems to airline and consolidator content, 6 for stays and 3 for transfers, plus car hire, activities, insurance, cruises and visa information. Each one is switched on once it’s contracted and certified.

  2. 02

    Results as they arrive

    Offers stream in as each supplier answers, so your agents can start choosing straight away instead of waiting for the slowest one. Each search says how long to expect, worked out from each supplier’s recent searches. If you’d rather have one answer, ask for all the results at once.

  3. 03

    One flight, one row

    When several suppliers sell the same flight, Travnet groups the offers and ranks them for the person searching: first what they can book, then price, then the fewest stops. Each offer shows the cabin, booking class, branded fare and the price for each type of traveller.

  4. 04

    Fares, seats and bags

    Check the fare rules, offer a branded-fare upgrade, show the seat map and price extra bags before you book. After booking, add paid seats, bags and meals and issue the documents for them.

  5. 05

    Ticketing and after-sale

    Issue tickets, then get a quote for a void, refund or reissue before you go ahead. Answer an airline’s schedule change, read a booking from the supplier by its reference, add passport details and record the agency’s commission.

  6. 06

    Markups your way

    Set platform and agency markups for flights, stays, transfers, activities, cruises and car hire. Rules can match on route, airline, cabin, trip type, dates and more, can stack, and can start from a template.

  7. 07

    Agency accounts and credit

    Each agency has a credit limit, a ledger and a wallet, and can top up prepaid credit. Agency staff manage clients and bookings, and assign bookings to colleagues. Technology partners can run an agency’s booking site with its consent, within the credit the agency allows.

    • Credit limits
    • Prepaid top-ups
    • Bookings that need action, in one list
  8. 08

    Prices in your customer’s currency

    Show prices in 15 currencies. Agency accounts are kept in pounds, US dollars, euros or taka, and conversions use the European Central Bank reference rate plus a 2% margin.

  9. 09

    Careful with money

    Every request that moves money carries an idempotency key, so a repeated request never books or charges twice. When a supplier’s answer is unclear, Travnet checks again automatically for about 16 hours and flags any booking that needs a person. Hourly and daily limits on each supplier keep search costs under control.

  10. 10

    One admin panel for everything

    Run the whole platform from one place: companies, credit, bookings and refunds due, markups, supplier performance and search budgets, hotel content, certification, system health and an audit trail.

How a booking works

The same five steps for your agents in the back office and your developers in code.

  1. Search

    Start a search and get its ID back straight away, with how long the suppliers usually take.

    POST /api/v1/flight/getFare
  2. Stream

    Offers arrive as each supplier answers, already grouped and ranked.

    GET /api/v1/flight/getFare/stream/{id}
  3. Check

    Confirm the price and read the fare rules before anyone pays.

    POST /api/v1/bookings/revalidation
  4. Book

    Create the booking, choosing whether payment or the booking comes first.

    POST /api/v1/bookings/createPnr
  5. Ticket and service

    Issue tickets, add extras and handle changes, with webhooks telling you what happened.

    POST /api/v1/bookings/{id}/ticket

For developers

One REST API for every product.

Agency developers and technology partners build on the same API that runs the back office. Start a search, stream the offers, check the price, book and ticket, then follow every change with webhooks.

Search and streamtest host
# 1. Start a flight search on the test host
curl -X POST https://test.travnet.app/api/v1/flight/getFare \
  -H "X-API-Key: $TSE_TEST_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{
    "journeyType": "Return",
    "cabinClass": "Economy",
    "adults": 1,
    "searchAirLegs": [
      { "origin": "LHR", "destination": "DXB", "departureDate": "2027-03-12" },
      { "origin": "DXB", "destination": "LHR", "departureDate": "2027-03-19" }
    ]
  }'
# 202 Accepted: { "searchId": "...", "streamUrl": "...", "expectedSeconds": ... }

# 2. Read offers as each supplier answers (Server-Sent Events)
curl -N https://test.travnet.app/api/v1/flight/getFare/stream/$SEARCH_ID \
  -H "X-API-Key: $TSE_TEST_KEY"
  • Test, then live

    The test host books on suppliers’ test systems and sends cards to a simulated processor. Production opens product by product once you pass its certification, which lasts a year.

  • Keys and tokens

    Sign in for a JWT, or send an API key as a bearer token or X-API-Key. Test and live keys are separate. A rotated key keeps working for 24 hours; a revoked one stops at once.

  • Streaming results

    Flight, stay and transfer searches stream over Server-Sent Events. Browsers open a stream with a one-time ticket, so the access token never goes in an address.

  • Webhooks

    Hear when a booking’s status changes, or it’s ticketed, cancelled, refunded, hit by a schedule change or needs attention. Signed, retried up to 8 times over 24 hours, up to 5 endpoints.

  • OpenAPI 3.1

    The full reference has 232 paths and 255 operations, with a live caller in the console for every published endpoint.

  • Fair limits

    Search and stream calls allow 30 requests a minute by default, and a key’s plan can raise that.

  • Built for AI tools

    An MCP server lets AI assistants and code editors search and call the API. It stores no credentials, and every change needs confirming. The docs also come as llms.txt.

  • Technology partners

    Build software that agencies use. With an agency’s consent, a partner can run its booking site and manage its keys and credit, within a limit.

Security and reliability

Built to look after travellers’ data and your agency’s money.

  • Roles and separate companies

    Travellers, agency staff, agency admins and platform admins each see only what their role allows, and each agency only its own data.

  • Passport numbers encrypted

    Passport and document numbers are stored encrypted.

  • No card data in logs

    Card details are stripped from logs and from booking records.

  • An audit trail

    Changes are written to an append-only audit trail, with personal data redacted.

  • Two-step sign-in for admins

    Admin accounts can add an authenticator app, with recovery codes, and every sign-in and sign-up passes a human check.

  • Secrets kept apart

    Supplier credentials and keys are held in a managed secrets store, not in code.

  • Locked-down web pages

    Every page of the consoles sends a content security policy.

  • Health checked every minute

    Health checks run every 60 seconds, with 400 days of history, alongside each supplier’s performance figures.
